Operation Enduring Support Application for Families in Crisis...

 The following application is used to apply for assistance through our Operation Enduring Support crisis assistance program. PLEASE CLICK ON THE APPLICATION LINK BELOW AND SUBMIT ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION FOR CONSIDERATION. 

Some things to note: 
  • All applicants must be ACTIVE DUTY (remember, we're a "mom and pop" organization).  We do what we can, which is why we need to stay focused.
  • All applicants must prove active duty status with current LES or initial contact through their command unit (Chaplain, command, DRC, Ombudsman, FRO)
  • To focus our efforts and donations on those truly in crisis, we ask that you only apply if this is an emergency. 
  • We do NOT consider budgeting mistakes or misspending an emergency. If you are unsure, ask us! We will gladly refer you to programs and organizations who can help you if we can't. 
  • We go to great lengths to ensure your privacy. At no time is your name or personal information shared with donors unless you request it. 
  • If we are "knee deep" in large projects, we may need to issue an "action alert" to raise funds or collect goods to support you. We will only initiate "action alerts" through our social media networks and website WITH your permission. Again, no identifying information is shared. 

When the application is complete, we will be in touch as soon as possible. The application will need to be signed and either scanned or you may attach a high resolution picture of each page.  We try our best to process and begin action for approved applications within 24 business hours when we can.
